What happens during the workflow review?
Joel or Loreli leads your 40-minute workflow review. We’ll look at your current practice or opening plan, walk through the relevant Jelo workflows, and discuss costs and setup. You’ll receive a written summary of fit, gaps, costs and next steps.
Can you help us switch from our current system?
Yes. Data migration is free. We’ll review the record scope and onboarding with you. Tell us which system you use, and we'll talk through what can be imported, how your team gets trained, and a realistic timeline for your practice.
How much does Jelo cost?
$300/month per location or $3,000/year per location, paid upfront. Unlimited doctors and staff at each paid location. Each additional location has its own subscription. Jelo AI provides optional end-to-end insurance billing: preparing and submitting claims, working denials and appeals, and following up on payment. The service costs 10% of insurance reimbursements received, separate from the platform subscription. The billing fee applies only to insurance reimbursements received. No billing fee is charged for denied claims that receive no reimbursement. Optional billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) with Jelo AI is live at 10% of insurance reimbursements received, separate from the platform subscription. AI Receptionist and AI Scribe remain in development and are separately priced.
Do I need to prepare anything or bring my team?
No preparation is needed. Bring your current workflow or opening plan, along with the questions you want to resolve. Your office manager, opticians, and other decision-makers are welcome to join. The demo is free, with no obligation to sign up.
