This Privacy Policy governs your use of the Jelo platform and website. It is an agreement between Jelo (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you, the user, on behalf of yourself and the entity (customer or supplier) for which you are visiting this Site.
This policy informs you of our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our website, software, or support services.

You are not required to provide personal information to visit our website. However, by becoming a registered member or using the Jelo platform, you acknowledge that you have read and consent to the practices described in this statement.

We collect two types of information: Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

- Account Data: Company name, contact name, telephone number, business address, and email address.
- Customer Content: As part of providing our SaaS services, we store data regarding your customers (e.g., names, contact details, and preferences) that you or your customers input into our system.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
- Cookies: Small text files used to track site activity. You can disable these in your browser, though some features of Jelo may become unavailable.
- Log Files: Automatically collected data including IP addresses, browser types, ISP, operating system, and date/time stamps.
- Children’s Privacy: Jelo does not offer services to children. We do not knowingly collect PII from individuals under 18. If such data is processed as part of our contractual obligations, we take measures to de-identify or anonymize it.
3. How We Use Your Information
We act as a Controller for your account data and a Processor for the customer data you upload.
- Service Provision: To authorize access to screens, data, and tools.
- Communications: To send system updates, billing notices, and requested promotional materials to your clients on your behalf.
- Support: To provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues.
- Compliance & Security: To protect against fraud, comply with legal processes, and defend our legal rights.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
Jelo does not sell your data. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Third-Party Service Providers: We use limited sub-processors for data storage (e.g., cloud hosting), transmission, and professional advice. These parties are bound by contracts to restrict data use.
- Payment Processing: We do not store credit card information. Payments are handled by secure third-party processors (e.g., Fullsteam Operations LLC).
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to meet national security/law enforcement requirements.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your PII may be among the transferred assets.
5. Data Security and Storage
- Security: We follow industry standards to protect data during transmission and at rest. While we use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
- Breach Notification: If we learn of a security breach, we will attempt to notify you electronically so you can take protective steps.
